The product received is incorrect
The package received is tampered with or defective at the time of delivery
Customers are requested to report such issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with relevant order details and clear photographs & Videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once the complaint is reviewed and approved, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or any other suitable resolution. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway procedures. Orders placed with Pitambra Global Foods Ltd may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been confirmed and moved for processing, packing, or shipment, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, the request must be made as early as possible by contacting the company with the relevant order details.
In case the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
